Create a Support Ticket
To submit a support ticket, withing the Remote Risk Assessment Tool look for the ? at the top right of the screen and it will pop up a message form. To submit a ticket click on the Leave us a Message tab on the bottom right of the form.
Fill in your name, email address, and a summary of how we can help. This should include the issues you’re having, when it happens and how you’ve tried troubleshooting the problem (if applicable).
Optionally, you can add screenshots and any helpful information for the support staff to better help you. Submit the ticket.
Call by Phone
If you prefer to call support for an answer to your question you can call them at 1-800-792-6421 Option 2.
If operators are unavailable to take your call you will be able to leave a message and call back number. We will respond to you as soon as we have an agent available.
